Java Joy, speading Joy, one cup at a time!

Java Joy does more than serve coffee, they serve joy that can't be found in most coffee shops.

I met this company at my work, where they served us hot coffee and it really was a "joy" to have them there!

Java Joy is a non-profit mobile coffee cart run by adults with disabilities, called Joyristas, that spread unmatched joy and promote inclusion to the Atlanta community!

Originally founded in Athens in 2016 by ESP, a non-profit serving individuals with special needs and their families, Java Joy has now expanded to four cities - Athens, Atlanta, Rome + San Francisco - with more coming this year.

Since Java Joy Atlanta launched in October 2020, our team has successfully served over 150 events in the Metro Atlanta area! We currently employ 20 Joyristas from throughout the Atlanta community, and thousands of people have experienced the magic of a cup of a Java Joy coffee and a hug from our Joyristas for the very first time!
