✨ Greenville, South Carolina is one of those places that completely surprises you! 🌿🏙️
Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Greenville's vibrant downtown is centered around the beautiful Reedy River Falls, making it one of the most walkable and scenic cities in the Southeast. Whether you're planning a girls' weekend or a romantic couples getaway, Greenville deserves a spot on your travel list.

A few fun facts before you visit:
📍 Greenville was originally called Pleasantburg until 1831.
📍 The city was named after Revolutionary War General Nathanael Greene.
📍 Its history dates back to 1768 as a grist mill and trading post along the Reedy River.
📍 Even Albert Einstein visited Greenville regularly in the 1930s while visiting his son, Hans Albert Einstein, who lived in the area.

One thing I loved? Downtown ambassadors are always out walking the streets—helping visitors, answering questions, and keeping the city clean. It's a small touch that makes a big difference.
